1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Register

• The mobile number or email address provided during registration must be verified.
• To update your account name, date of birth, or ID information, please contact our support team.
• Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone is entirely your responsibility.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3Age Verification

• Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in permanent account closure.

4Deposits & Payments

• Funds deposited through a third party may be subject to forfeiture.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; however, your mobile banking operator may apply a service fee.
• In the case of a failed deposit transaction, funds will be returned within 3–5 business days.

5Withdrawal Policy

Tez88 is committed to ensuring fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, pending KYC verification may cause delays.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and reviewed in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

6Bonuses & Promotions

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20x to 30x.

• Free spin bonuses generally expire if not used within 7 days.
• Reload bonuses apply to eligible deposits only.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

7Gaming Rules

All games on tez88 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased. tez88 does not predetermine the results of any game.

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the wager will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Gaming history and logs are retained, and server records are considered final in the event of any dispute.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair gaming environment on tez88. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts (bonus hunting).
• Intentionally exploiting any game glitch or bug.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Any attempt to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• False advertising or phishing activities carried out in the name of tez88.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Tez88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under certain circumstances. Users may also choose to close their own accounts at any time.

• Violations of the terms may result in immediate account termination.
• To close your account yourself, please contact our support team.
• If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, the funds will be returned.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
• An administration fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

10Responsible Gaming
